1. Membership Terms

By becoming a member of Aarambh Society, you agree to abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the cooperative society. Membership is open to all individuals who meet the eligibility criteria as defined in our bylaws. Members must provide accurate personal information and keep their records updated.

2. Financial Services

All financial services provided by Aarambh Society are subject to applicable laws and regulations. Interest rates, fees, and charges are determined by the Board of Directors and may be revised periodically. Members will be notified of any changes in advance.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits can be made in cash, cheque, or through electronic transfer. Withdrawal requests must be submitted in accordance with the specific plan terms. Early withdrawal may attract penalties as specified in the plan documentation.

4. Loan Policies

Loans are granted subject to eligibility criteria and available funds. The interest rate, repayment schedule, and other terms will be specified in the loan agreement. Failure to repay loans on time may result in penalties and legal action.

5. Privacy & Data Protection

Aarambh Society is committed to protecting your personal information. We collect, store, and process data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be resolved through mediation and, if necessary, arbitration in accordance with the laws of India. The jurisdiction for any legal proceedings shall be the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
